We are in need of volunteers who can temporarily open their homes

Free Large Dog Spay/Neuter Surgeries

Spay/Neuter your pets!

Portsmouth residents who live in the neighborhoods of Craddock, Prentis Park and Lincoln Park or residents who receive Government Aid (food stamps, social security, disabilities, Medicaid, etc)* qualify for FREE Large (over 40 lbs) Dog Spay/Neuter Surgeries. Please contact (757) 397-6004 to set an appointment for your dog (*proof of residency and income required).
