5K Run, Dog Walk & Festival

at North Landing (#1 Crawford Parkway, Portsmouth, Virginia)
10am: 5K Run
11am: Opening Remarks & 1 Mile Dog Walk

Join us for the 4th Annual "Cause for Paws" Dog Walk & Festival! The event will include a 5K run, 1 mile dog walk, live music, food and beverages from local restaurants, children’s activities, local rescue groups, exhibitors, adoptable animals and more. |

Register for the 1 Mile Dog Walk
All are invited to register to participate in the 1 Mile Dog Walk. Collect pledges from family, friends and co-workers to support your cause. Your sponsorship will help provide care to the animals at Portsmouth Humane Society.

2. On the right side of the screen you will see a box titled "More Ways You Can Help." Select FUNDRAISE.
3. Select a Fundraiser Name (example: Cause for Paws)
4. Log-in or register to Razoo
5. Once registered, follow all the prompts to complete the Fundraiser Setup.
6. Share your page with friends, family and co-workers!

Sponsorship Information
Champion our great cause by becoming a sponsor of this event! As a sponsor you will be recognized before, during, and after the event. Each level of sponsorship will receive several opportunities for recognition, including submission on the event T-Shirts, the PHS website, local newspaper articles and the PHS newsletter which is distributed to over 6,000 households throughout Virginia.

Rescue Group & Vendor Information
Participate in this event as a Rescue Group or Vendor. This is an opportunity to publicize your organization and help support the animals being cared for at our shelter. Each group or vendor will be allocated a 10 x 10 space and will be responsible for bringing their own tent, table, and chairs. Vendor fees are $25 and rescue groups are $10 per organization.
