2nd Annual "Cause for Paws"
Dog Walk & Festival

Portsmouth Humane Society raised over $25,000 for the animals during its 2nd Annual “Cause for Paws” Dog Walk and Festival, which was held Saturday April 17, 2010 at North Landing in Olde Towne Portsmouth. Pet lovers came out strong to show their support for the animals at Portsmouth Humane Society during this afternoon of fun. After participating in a 1 mile leisurely walk through Olde Towne Portsmouth, over 300 attendees and their canine companions shopped from local vendors, learned about the dedicated work of rescue groups, enjoyed delicious food from JoJack’s restaurant and relaxed to the music of MoJo Hayes. The event was a great success!
